MyFlight Group Ground-Accident Case Studies
General aviation has a statistically high number of accidents linked to a few main reasons. VFR Into IMC, Controlled Flight Into Terrain (CFIT), and Loss of Control-Inflight (LOC-I) are the leading causes of fatalities among general aviation pilots. This group ground session will be your chance to meet up and share food and drinks with other MyFlight students, learn more about these accidents in detail, and understand particular solutions, recommendations, and lessons to be learned from them. By doing it in a group setting, you will be able to not only save money on your ground study, but also be able to share ideas with other student pilots, grow your network of flying friends, and expand your knowledge. A detailed lecture, vivid case studies, common trends, and helpful suggestions will be shared to all who attend. This study session will take place on Friday March 13th, 2020 from 6pm-8pm in Atlantic Aviation ORL’s conference room. RSVP now to guarantee yourself a spot.
Bring something to take notes on. Pizza, sodas, and water will be provided.
