Getting Your Instrument Rating with MyFlight

Just like the private pilot training, your instrument training at MyFlight is a personalized, guided approach adapted to your specific learning style. An instrument rating is considered one of the most challenging, but rewarding ratings you can get as a pilot. By having an instrument rating, you are increasing your safety as a pilot, growing your skills, increasing your knowledge, and refining your abilities as a pilot, whether you intend to fly in IMC or not. With your instrument rating, you will develop a deeper understanding of the systems onboard your aircraft and you will learn about instrument procedures designed to make your operations more efficient and safe. Regardless of what your aviation goals are, adding an instrument rating with MyFlight is an incredible and rewarding experience. Your instrument training at MyFlight develops the skills required for instrument flight including, but not limited to:
  • Basic attitude instrument skills (BAI)
  • Navigational concepts
  • Holding operations
  • DME Arcs
  • Cross-country flight planning
  • Low-IFR and High-IFR Enroute Charts
