    Use the following form to schedule your multi training at MyFlight. Upon completion of this form, a MyFlight Scheduling Representative will reach out to you to confirm course dates and any additional information needed to complete your booking.

    In order to hold a course spot, a one-time non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required prior to booking your course. NOTE: MyFlight will NOT charge your card until after a representative has spoken with you directly and confirmed your course dates/requests.

    By submitting this form, I give MyFlight permission to contact me at the above listed contact points. I authorize MyFlight to charge my card on file a one-time refundable $1,000 deposit to hold my course after a MyFlight representative has contacted me. I agree and acknowledge that this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if the course is not completed. If the course is completed, this deposit will be refunded back to this card on file. I agree to allow MyFlight to save this card on file for training sessions.​
